On-site, email and retargeting from one intelligence layer

Claiva analyses the price history of every deal a visitor views, classifies value, displays this to customers, generates marketing channel specific copy and fires the whole payload to your Data Layer

What customers see

When a visitor arrives on a page, Price Watcher analyses the price history of the deal they are viewing and displays a clear, evidence-based assessment in your brand voice.

They see whether this price is genuinely good value right now, how much it has moved and when, and an explanation in your tone of voice they can act on.

Price Watcher. Generated in your voice, configured to your priorities.

For every deal, Price Watcher generates a pricing narrative in your brand's tone of voice. It is configured to your commercial objectives: which deal types to highlight, what language to use, what comparisons to make and which to avoid.

Copy is generated fresh for each page, using the actual price data. A visitor looking at a Cancun resort in October for 2 adults and 1 child gets copy written for that specific deal at that specific price movement.

Tone of voice configuration
Tone is configured per client. The language, framing, and style match your brand.

Commercial rules
You control what the AI does and does not say. If there are deal types you do not want surfaced, price comparisons you want to avoid, or specific framing rules for your brand, these are built into the configuration.

A/B testing built in
Every visitor is assigned to a test group at the session level. Deal classification, copy variant, and engagement events all pass through to your data layer, so results are measurable from day one.

Campaign Booster. What your marketing stack receives.

At the same moment the visitor sees Price Watcher on-page, Campaign Booster fires structured events to your website's data layer. Any tag in your GTM container can consume them: remarketing pixels, CRM webhooks, email platform triggers, or your own agentic marketing system.

Channel specific messaging
Key marketing events fire for every deal analysed, whether or not the visitor interacts with the UI. It carries the deal classification, the exact price change amount, when it moved, and channel specific re-engagement copy in your brand voice, ready to go.

Live price drop events
Claiva also monitors your inventory server-side. When a price drops on a package a visitor has previously viewed, it fires a price change event immediately. Your platform receives that signal at the moment the deal improves, not the next time the customer revisits your site.

Deal Finder. Our price drop search tool for your campaign and CRM teams.

Search live price drops by destination, departure airport, date range, duration, board basis and occupancy. Each result returns the Claiva AI analysis, price history, was/is pricing, and email-ready copy, ready for email builds without any manual curation.

Your team can now find and act on live price drops in a way that simply wasn't possible before, sending customers conversion-focused deal communications that build loyalty and drive bookings.

Integration options

GTM DataLayer (zero config)
Claiva starts firing events immediately. No separate deployment. No impact on page performance. Your existing tags, pixels, and webhooks receive deal signals straight away.

GraphQL API (on-demand)
Structured, typed access to package data, price history, and vector similarity search. Purpose-built for agentic systems: agents specify exactly which fields they need, keeping tool definitions precise and responses tightly scoped.

EventBridge/WebSocket (event-driven)
Subscribe to platform events for proactive, server-side automation. Receive price change and content updated events the moment they occur, without polling.

MCP Integration (agentic)
Claiva exposes its capabilities as MCP tools, enabling AI-first marketing platforms to call Claiva functions directly as part of a broader workflow. Fetch pricing context, generate copy, and find similar packages without explicit API integration code. Compatible with any MCP-capable orchestration framework.
